BBC Richard Dimbleby Lecture – of great interest to A level Biologists

This year’s Richard Dimbley Lecture has been given by Bill Gates. This billionaire philanthropist  is using this annual  lecture to spell out his commitment to ridding the world of polio. This is of real interest to all A level Biologists who, at AS, study the importance of vaccination programmes and evaluate factors affecting their success.

A level Biologists will find Bill Gate’s lecture extremely valuable  for revisiting these issues and appreciating how they are applied in real life.  The podcast can be downloaded from the BBC website  or the lecture can be watched on on I-player.
